Standing Seam Metal

We manufacture our own standing seam metal roof sheets. This allows us to cut exact lengths for a perfect fit for your roof. As a result, there’s less waste. Standing seam metal roofing is a great roof for the great Colorado Plains. In part because it’s durable. Metal roofing holds-up very well to high winds and large hail. What’s more, it helps to lower your summer cooling bill. That’s because it’s great at reflecting heat and releasing absorbed heat. No other roofing product helps to cool your home as well as standing seam and corrugated/PBC metal roofing.

Corrugated/PBC Metal

Corrugated roofing isn’t just for the barn, anymore. We know our Fort Lupton neighbors have enough to think about without also worrying about their roofs. That’s why corrugated is used in agriculture so much. If you’re wanting the ultimate roof, one that lasts the longest, and is the most durable, consider corrugated/PBC for your home. Corrugated/PBC is the most hail resistant. That’s because of its wavy profile. Hail either shatters upon impact or is deflected away. Corrugated doesn’t necessarily mean galvanized, mind you. Today’s corrugated/PBC metal roofing comes in dozens of colors, such as Cobalt Blue, Classic Green, Rustic Red, and various shades of grays, browns, and white.

Stone-Coated Metal Shingles and Tiles

If you’re not already familiar with stone-coated metal shingles and tiles, these are great roofing products. They are the best of what’s good about traditional asphalt shingles and metal roofing. If you like the idea of a long-lasting, durable roofing product, but don’t really care for the look of metal panels, stone-coated metal shingles or tiles might be for you. Metal shingles closely resemble wood shake and traditional asphalt shingles. Metal tiles closely resemble traditional spanish barrel clay tiles and pacific tiles.

Corrugated/PBC, standing seam, and stone-coated metal roofing are also among the longest-lasting roof, at 70 years or more. Traditional asphalt shingles often last only 25 to 30 years, even the high-end shingles. As a result, even though these metal roofing products cost more initially, they often end-up costing less over the long term. If you’re wanting the most durable roof, that lasts the longest, that stands-up to high winds and hail storms, consider metal roofing. Roof financing is available for those interested.

Fort Lupton Commercial Roof Installation

Being a professional roofing company in Fort Lupton, CO also means we offer commercial and flat roof installation and repair. For our Fort Lupton friends with commercial or flat roofs, we offer EPDM, TPO, and PVC single-ply roofing systems.

  • EPDM
  • TPO
  • PVC

EPDM

If you’ve got a detached garage with a low-sloped roof, or a home addition, or a service center or medical building, ask us if EPDM is right for you. Of the single-ply, low-sloped roofing membranes we offer, EPDM is the least expensive yet longest-lasting. EPDM, also known as a rubber roof, should last about 30 years. For those concerned about a black roof absorbing heat, EPDM has an optional white layer available. EPDM is a great roof for those with a flat roof that aren’t a restaurant or won’t be doing much cooking inside.

TPO

TPO is a popular roof with those in manufacturing, or storage, or department stores, office buildings, condos, medical and dental offices, hotels and motels. TPO is more expensive than EPDM but less expensive than PVC. We offer standard TPO, fleece-backed TPO, self-adhering TPO, and TPO with a protective film. TPO comes in white, gray, and tan. White and tan are Energy Star* certified. TPO is resistant to dirt, bacteria, algae, and is resistant to tears, punctures and impacts. Lastly, TPO is recyclable.

PVC

For those restaurant owners, PVC is for you. That’s because of its ability to resist oils, fats, and greases. PVC is inherently fire-resistant, and holds-up well in extreme weather conditions. PVC is, however, not only the most expensive of our single-ply roofing systems, it’s also the shortest-lived at around 20 to 25 years.
