White and tan are Energy Star* certified. It can be fully adhered or mechanically attached. Standard TPO can also be ballasted. It comes with pre-printed lap lines and fastener spacing, which makes for quicker installation. Standard TPO comes in widths of 4′, 6′, 8, 10′ and 12′ by 100′ length.

Fleece-Backed TPO

A fleece-backed TPO roofing membrane is even stronger than standard TPO, which provides excellent hail resistance. Like standard TPO, it too is polyester reinforced. It is more expensive, however. For a free estimate, contact us. Fleece-backed TPO is available in 6′ and 12′ widths only, and 45, 60 and 80 mil thickness with a 55 mil fleece liner. It’s available in white, gray, tan, medium bronze, patina green, rock brown, slate gray, and terra cotta. A 20-year system warranty is available for fleece-backed TPO. It comes with pre-printed lap lines for quicker installation.

Self-Adhering TPO

Self-adhering TPO is peel-and-stick. That with pre-printed lap lines makes for a quick installation. It cannot, however, be installed in temperatures less than 40ºF. It is only available in 10′ widths. 60 mil thickness is available in white, gray, and tan. 80 mil thickness is available in white only. Self-adhering TPO is polyester-reinforced for a durable single-ply roofing product. A 20-year system warranty is also available.

TPO with Protective Film

The protective film in this single-ply roofing product is to protect the TPO membrane while it’s being installed. As with the above TPO membranes, TPO with protective film is also polyester-reinforced. It is only available in 6′ and 10′ widths and 60 mil thickness. It comes in white, gray, and tan. White and tan are Energy Star* certified. With pre-printed lap lines and fastener spacing, it’s quick to install. Up to a 20-year system warranty is available with TPO with protective film.

*An Energy Star certified TPO roof means it reflects more of the sun’s rays. This can lower roof surface temperature, decreasing the amount of heat transferred into a building. Also, a TPO Energy Star certified roof can help reduce the amount of air conditioning needed in buildings, and can reduce peak cooling demand by 10-15 percent.
