Denver Roofing Company

How many Denver commercial roofing companies or residential roofing contractors guarantee their work? We do! And it starts with our 5-year workmanship guarantee and goes up from there. Our guarantee covers any issues or leaks up to 5 years.

We’re also reliable. But, don’t have to take our word for it. Check out our reviews for residential roof repair and Denver commercial roofing services.

What’s more, we’re an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor. Give us a call today to learn more about our Denver commercial roof repair company, as well as gutter services and residential roofing services.

We pull permits for every job, are fully licensed and insured, provide free and accurate estimates up-front, and only ask for payment once the job is done and you’re 100% satisfied.

Denver Commercial Roofing

Single-ply roofing membrane, commercial roofing, flat roofing, low-slope roofing – whatever you call it, we install and repair it. That’s we being a professional Denver roofing company means. We have a dedicated commercial roofing crew that only installs and repairs commercial roofs. This means they’re specialized at what they do. They’re fast and meticulous. We also have a dedicated commercial roofing inspector that inspects our commercial crew’s work once they’re done to make sure you get the best Denver commercial roof possible.

Denver Commercial Roof Installation

A long-lasting commercial roof starts with a professional installation. You could have the highest quality single-ply membrane. But, if it’s not installed correctly, it won’t last as long as it should, and you’re going to spend more money to repair or replace it. Installing high quality products is also key. A professionally installed low quality product also won’t last long. That’s why we only install high quality single-ply membranes. Lastly, your Denver commercial roof should be inspected and maintained. That’s why we offer free inspections, whether we installed your new flat roof or not. We want to make sure you’re taken care of. We are your professional roofing company in Denver, CO.

We offer new installation of PVC, TPO, EPDM, and Modified Bitumen.

PVC

PVC roofing offers excellent chemical resistance, which is why it’s used in the food service industry so often. For those requiring a new PVC roof, we offer standard PVC and fleece-backed PVC. Standard PVC is polyester-reinforced and is available in white, tan, gray, brown, sand, tan, green, and red. White and tan are Energy Star Rated. Up to a 20 year system warranty is available.

Fleeced-backed PVC is also polyester reinforced. However, the fleece backing adds additional durability and enhanced puncture resistance. Due to the strong bond between the fleece backing and the adhesive, fleece-backed PVC offers excellent wind uplift resistance. It also offers enhanced chemical resistance to acids, bases, restaurant oils, fats, greases and acid rain.

TPO

Commercial buildings outside of food service often use TPO. Businesses such as manufacturing, warehouses, department stores, office buildings, condominiums, medical and dental offices, hotels and motels. For these, we offer standard TPO, fleece-backed TPO, self-adhering TPO, and TPO with protective film. All of these are polyester reinforced.

Standard TPO is available in white, tan, and gray. White and tan are Energy Star Rated. Up to a 30 year system warranty is available on Startard TPO. Fleece-backed TPO offers better hail resistance and is available in 8 colors. Up to a 20 year system warranty is available on fleece backed TPO. Self-adhering TPO installs faster and is for fully adhered systems only. It, too, is available in white, tan, and gray, with a 20 year system warranty. It cannot be installed when the ambient temperature is less than 40º, however. TPO with a factory applied protective film helps to eliminate the need for roof cleaning upon project completion. This film also helps to protect your new TPO roof from scuffs and dirt accumulation during installation.

EPDM

EPDM is often installed onto residential applications, such as detached garages and home additions. For our Denver neighbors interested in a new EPDM roof, we offer standard EPDM, self-adhering EPDM, reinforced EPDM, and white-on-Black EPDM. Standard EPDM is fire rated and non-reinforced. It is for fully adhered and ballasted systems only. Up to a 30 year system warranty available. With self-adhering EPDM, installation time is drastically reduced thanks to the factory-applied adhesive. Reinforced EPDM is polyester reinforced, for additional durability and strength. It is also fire rated and up to a 20 year system warranty available.

Modified Bitumen

Modified bitumen is a large asphalt shingle rolled-up. It’s commonly installed onto low slope sections of residential roofs to accompany asphalt shingles. It’s available in a variety of colors to match popular shingle colors. 10, 12, 15 and 20 year system warranties are available.

Commercial Roof Repair

Not only do we install the above commercial roofing membranes, we also repair them, whether we installed them or not. That’s what it means to be a professional Denver roofing company. Common commercial roof repairs include sealing seams, fixing or replacing damaged flashing or pitch pans, unblocking drains, patching punctures, and draining and preventing standing water. Whatever commercial roof repair you’re in need of, we can fix yours. Estimates are free. Of course, some repairs could have been avoided with regularly scheduled inspections…

Commercial Roof Inspection

Our Denver commercial roof inspections are free – even if we didn’t install the roof. To help your commercial roof last as long as possible, it’s vital to have it inspected regularly – at least once a year. Regular inspections can catch potential or small problems before they turn into something serious – costly you more money to repair, or worse yet, replace. If it’s been a while since you’ve had your flat roof inspected, contact us to schedule an appointment.

Residential Roof Installation

Residential roofs are often trickier than flat roofs since they frequently have more ridges and valleys. Sometimes residential roofs even have mixed roofing materials, such as asphalt shingles and modified bitumen, or asphalt shingles and sheet metal roofing. Each roofing material has its own installation requirements. This is why it’s important to hire a Denver roofing company that knows what they’re doing. We’ve installed countless residential roofs all along the Front Range since 1983. Needless to say, we know what we’re doing.

Asphalt Shingles

Asphalt shingles are the go-to residential roofing product. They’re the least expensive, they come in a wide variety of colors and textures, and are quick to install. Today’s asphalt shingles are more durable than ever, and withstand more elements than before, such as high winds, algae, hail, and fading. Some are even Energy Star Rated and help keep your house cool. If you’re considering a new asphalt shingle roof for your Denver home, contact us for a free estimate.

Stone-Coated Metal Shingles

Stone-coated metal shingles are a relatively new roofing product. They’re just like asphalt shingles, except instead of a fiberglass base, it’s sheet metal. From a distance, they look just like asphalt shingles, or wood shake, or clay tile. They also come in a variety of popular colors. With stone-coated metal shingles, you get the appearance of a common residential roof, with the durability and longevity of a metal roof. What’s more, because it’s sheet metal, they are recyclable! Contact us today to see if a new stone-coated metal roof is right for you.

Sheet Metal Roofing

Nothing says ‘Colorado’ than a sheet metal roof. Sure, they cost more than asphalt shingles initially, such often cost less in the long run. That’s because they often last so much longer than asphalt shingles. You’re lucky if you get 25 years out of your mid or high-end asphalt shingles. With metal, they often last 70 years or more. And, just like stone-coated metal shingles, sheet metal roofing is recyclable. We can’t say that about asphalt shingles. What’s more, today’s sheet metal roofing comes in a huge array of colors, not just galvanized silver, red, or green.

Tile Roofing

If you’re looking for the ultimate in class and style, look no further than a tile roof. Other roofing products, such as shingles, try to mimic wood shake or thatch, but they don’t quite get there. Concrete tiles do, however. Especially Westlake’s Madera 900 in Mountainwood. That’s because, unlike shingles or metal, concrete tiles can be formed and molded, and grooves or lines pressed in.

Although a new tile roof is the most expensive steep slope roofing product today, it is also among the longest lasting, at around 70+ years. As a result, that new tile roof could end-up costing less than that ordinary asphalt shingle roof in the long run.

What’s more, tile roofing can be recycled, whether it’s clay or concrete. Check your Denver area for a clay or concrete recycling center near you.
