We recently installed new asphalt shingles and metal roofing for all of the buildings at Trails at Sheep Draw Apartments in West Greeley. The shingles are Owens Corning’s Oakridge. These architectural shingles are a step-up from 3-tab shingles and provide long-lasting performance. The metal roofing panels are 1.75″ snap lock in 24 gauge in Burgundy.
